If you are the host or otherwise have permission to invite guests you can send a personal invitation from the CouchConcerts platform. The following steps are used to invite a group of people from a file. The file needs to be a comma separated file. The file should have a header row with the words name, email, phone. Each line must have a name and either or both an email and a phone number. If the line has both an email and a phone number the system will prioritize the email.
Click on My Shows
Click Invite Guests on the correct show
Click Import
Click Continue
Select the file

Invitations will be sent to each person in the file. Duplicate invitations will be ignored. If there are errors in the file (e.g. no name, invalid email or phone) you will receive an email with the details. Any person in the file that is not already in your contacts will be added to your contacts.
Click Import
