You can customize how you’re notified about activity and events on CouchConcerts on the settings page. To get to the settings page go on the app open the profile tab and click the settings Icon in the upper right corner. To go to settings in the web app open the profile menu (top right) and select settings.
Notifications are grouped into three categories, which you can control independently:
Guest Notifications: These include updates like invitations, show reminders, and notifications about upcoming shows for artists you follow.
Host Notifications: These include messages related to events you are hosting, such as when an artist approves an event, when an event is published, or when a guest accepts an invitation.
Artist Notifications: These cover messages relevant to you as an artist, such as when someone responds to a host request or requests a show.
Notification Options
For each category, you can choose how you’d like to receive notifications:
Text Notifications
Email Notifications
Mobile Phone Alerts (Push Notifications): Push notifications require the CouchConcerts app to be installed on your device.
How to Adjust Notifications
Navigate to the Settings section.
Select the notification category: Guest, Host, or Artist Notifications.
Use the toggles to turn specific types of notifications on or off for text, email, or push alerts.
By tailoring your notification preferences, you can stay informed without being overwhelmed, ensuring you receive the updates that matter most to you.
