When you were invited, you should have received an email or a text with a link to the invitation. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder. The email would have come from [email protected].
To view your invitation, ensure you are logged into the CouchConcerts app using your phone number and navigate to MyShows.
If you’re logged in but still don’t see your invitation, it’s possible there’s a mismatch in the contact information. Invitations are sent based on the phone number or email provided by the person who invited you. Make sure the email or phone number they used matches the one you registered with on the app.
If the issue persists, we recommend reaching out to the person who invited you to confirm the contact details they used.
