Open a Room

Do you have a conference room, clubhouse, gallery, brewery, winery, church, office, or other welcoming space? Learn how opening your room once or twice a year can help independent artists perform, bring people together, and strengthen your community.

Sometimes All It Takes Is a Small Room

Think conference room, not concert hall.

A comfortable room for 20–30 people is all it takes to create something special.

It might be a conference room after hours, a break room, lobby, clubhouse, gallery, brewery, winery, church meeting room, coworking space, community center, or any welcoming place where people can comfortably listen to an artist.

CouchConcerts last about 90 minutes, are respectful of your space, and leave it just as we found it.

  • You are not organizing a concert.

  • You're simply opening a room.

  • We'll help with the rest.

Why It Matters

Artists don't just need more gigs.

They need more places where people are truly there to listen.

Every room that opens creates another opportunity for an independent artist to perform, connect with an audience, and earn meaningful income.

Sometimes one room is all it takes to create an unforgettable night.

You Provide the Room. We'll Help With the Rest.

Opening your room is easier than you might think.

We'll help find a great artist, work with a host who invites the guests, manage the RSVPs and artist donations, and help create a warm, intimate listening experience.

Most CouchConcerts are private, invitation-only gatherings with about 20–30 guests.

They last around 90 minutes, are respectful of your space, and leave it just as we found it.

Your role is simple.

Open the room.

We'll help make it a memorable evening for everyone.

We'd Take Great Care of It

We know your space is important to you.

That's why every CouchConcert is designed to be intimate, respectful, and easy to host. Most gatherings are around 20–30 guests, last about 90 minutes, and leave the room just as we found it.

Our goal is simple: create a wonderful evening for everyone involved while treating your space with the same care we would our own.

Could Your Room Become the Next Listening Room?

If you have a space that might work—even if you're not sure—we'd love to talk.

Whether it's once a year or a few times a year, opening your room could help create more opportunities for artists, more meaningful gatherings, and stronger communities.

Sometimes changing the world starts with opening one door.
